1. GUIKUANG 2016 New Technology Ultrafine Mill :

 

GUIKUANG ultrafine mill is new type of grinding mill with optimized structure for specilizing in making micro powder. It is suitable for deep processing non-metallic mineral tone whose hardness less than 6 Moh’s hardness and moisture less than 10%, such as calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, barite, wollastonite, feldspar, etc. The mill is mainly consisted of feeder, main unit, classifier, pulse collector, high pressure blower, electrical control cabinet.

 

 

 
  

2. Working Principle:

 It crushes the material by striking, pressing and milling. Throw to the stator with centrifugal force suffered by grinding ring and turn impacting the wall of grinding ring. Material is smashed by impacting, pressing and pulverizing of the grinding ring, when it passes the gap between grinding ring and grinding loop. The grinding ring has two types of configuration, monolayer or multilayer. And its working face can also be curved surface. If more multilayer grinding ring, the working face of smashing is bigger and the smashing efficiency will be higher. More sufficient the smash is, better fineness the product will get.
